Meeting Place/NDMS Conference Call Services
All NDMS team members currently listed as active in RMS have profiles. Profile numbers follow the same convention: the telenumeric equivalent of the first letter of the first name, first and second letters of the
last name, and last 4 of the SSN (for John Smith, SSN # 2020, profile number would be 5762020).
Passwords default to 123456 (if the person has never accessed their profile. Users are prompted to change
their password upon first logging in; I recommend that they simply change the password to match the profile number.
To set up your profile dial 1-877-872-1001 then hit #2
Use the directions above to obtain your user name and password
Once you have your profile set up and are requested to attend a call follow the directions below:
Dial – 1-877-872-1001
Message will Welcome you and instruct you on what to do next
To Attend a conference call press 2
Enter your profile number and password
Enter the Meeting ID number (to be provided prior to call) and press #
To Connect to conference call – Press 1
That should be it – Listen to the prompts carefully.
If you have back ground noise while calling press #5 to mute and again to unmute
Make every attempt to use a regular phone not a cell phone. Cell phone tend to have static noises that interfere with the discussions.
Please also be reminded these calls are recorded and can be monitored by HQ’s. So please refrain from side bar conversations or comments. The success of this system requires a few simple rules.
